Get Ready to Unwind: A Step-by-Step Guide to Setting Up Your TellyPhones™ by SleepPhones®

Congratulations on taking the first step towards a restful night's sleep with your new TellyPhones™ by SleepPhones®! We're excited to help you set up your new headphones and start enjoying your favorite TV shows and movies in comfort and peace.

Unboxing and Preparation

Before we dive into the setup process, take a moment to familiarize yourself with the components that came with your TellyPhones™ headphones:

• SleepPhones® Wireless Headband Headphones
• Bluetooth® Audio Transmitter (black and silver)
• Micro USB Cable (gray) for charging your headphones
• Standard USB Cable (black) for powering the transmitter

• AC Power Adapter
• 3.5mm Audio Cable
• RCA Y Adapter
• Velcro Strip for attaching the transmitter to your TV

Connecting Your Bluetooth® Transmitter to Your TV

There are two easy ways to power the Bluetooth® transmitter:

1. USB Port: If your TV has an available USB port, simply plug the black mini USB cable from the transmitter into your TV's USB port.
2. AC Adapter: If you don't have a free USB port on your TV, plug the USB cable from the transmitter into the AC adapter.

Once powered properly, you'll see a slow blinking blue light on the transmitter.

Connecting Your Transmitter to Your Audio Source

Now it's time to connect your transmitter to your audio source on your TV. You can do this in two ways:

1. 3.5mm Audio Port: If your TV has a 3.5mm audio out port, simply plug the 3.5mm audio cable from the transmitter into the TV port.
2. RCA Y Adapter: Alternatively, you can use the RCA Y adapter to connect your transmitter to your TV's audio out connectors.

(Please note, some televisions require an optical audio cable, which we offer on our website.)

Pairing Your SleepPhones® headphones with Your Bluetooth® Transmitter

It's time to pair your SleepPhones® TellyPhones™ headphones with your Bluetooth® transmitter! Here's how:

1. Press and hold the silver button on the Bluetooth® transmitter for five seconds until you see a faster blinking blue light.
2. Remove the Bluetooth® module from your SleepPhones® headband through the hook and loop opening in the back.
3. Place your module and headband within three feet of the transmitter on your TV for ideal pairing.
4. Press and hold the middle square button on your SleepPhones® Bluetooth® module for at least five seconds until you see the red light blink fast.

The pairing process may take up to one minute to complete, but once it's done, you'll notice a solid blue light on the Bluetooth® transmitter.
