Sleepphones to help you sleep
A couple months ago, I bought Sleepphones (the ones above) and have bn using them w. my MP3 to help get to sleep and during the night, get back to sleep. Very good.
Basically a polar-fleece head band (ski-band), w. flat ear phones built in. Each earphone is in 2" by 2" double layer of felt, w, electronics sandwiched in between. Very comfortable (previously tried earbuds for sleeping, and found uncomfortable,fell out, too).
