Sales Support

This full-time position will involve supporting our inside sales staff.

Tasks may include the following:
lead research and generation
sign up smaller accounts, including local accounts
visit local accounts and learn what works/doesn't work
weekly CRM review
send daily email "drips"
make daily phone calls
set up 3rd party website catalog listings
monthly reports generation from Quickbooks
monthly executive meeting updates
filling out sales forms
coordinating with insurance
arranging for sales-related travel
taking sales meeting minutes
evaluating inventory
coordinate and track various packaging requirements for individual resellers
testing and arranging for various customization

Will have daily interaction with sales, marketing, wholesale fulfillment, and accounting departments.

Must be highly organized, detail oriented, excellent with using computers and various computer software, excellent with spreadsheets, enjoys data analysis, personable, good phone manners, and easy-going, friendly demeanor.

Starting at $14/hour

Digital Marketing Coordinator

This full-time position requires a broad background, particularly in websites, eCommerce, and social media. We are looking for a smart, creative, driven person.
Responsibilities may include the following.

Monitor all press hits, take them off their site (including videos, stills, pics, copy, logo, and overall look), obtain/take picture of magazine, edit, then post
Research and find all media contacts' email addresses, etc.
Maintain list for media contacts to let them know about our latest stuff
Personalized emails or newsletters to our media contacts on a regular basis
Maintaining social media presence across multiple platforms

Coordinating AdWords

Writing, editing, and posting press releases
Write consumer newsletters
Managing our online presence (Amazon, OpenSky, other 3rd party)
Event coordination
Video production
Managing outside contractors for video, translations, printing, specific copy-writing, and others
Coordinating with our international partners
