SleepPhones are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for six months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover product failures caused by abuse, inappropriate cleaning, or events beyond our control. If your SleepPhones stop working in six months, please mail in the broken part to us for repair or replacement. (If the speakers or the wire breaks, just send that part in - we don't need the headband portion.)

This can be from PayPal, Google, Amazon, ThinkGeek, SkyMall, a store receipt, or any other purchase information. If you bought SleepPhones through this website, please log in to your PayPal or Google Checkout account for the order information or look in your emails for the order confirmation. Just print it out and write all of the above information on it.

We will process the repair or replacement within 2 weeks of receipt. Requesting a signature confirmation or using registered mail may delay the receipt. Please allow an additional week (for US customers) or 4 weeks (for international customers) for shipping of the repair.
