Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $5.00 USD for US and international customers, no matter the size of the order. (In Pennsylvania, the shipping is $5.30 because of PA taxes on shipping.) • For international customers, your shipping is first-class through your national postal service. This may take 1-4 weeks depending on your location, and your package cannot be tracked. Canadian customers and British customers can expect to receive their package within 2 weeks.
  Please note that you are responsible for all customs and import taxes for your country when you pick up your package. We have no control over what your government may charge.
  For our customers in the UK, more information about customs and import taxes can be found here: www.HMRC.gov.uk. In summary, commercial products more than 18£ and gifts more than 36£ must pay the import tax (VAT) in the UK. For one SleepPhones System, that is about 13£.

• If you want your order faster, we would be happy to work with you for faster delivery. Just let us know your Country and how soon your want it.
