Be sure to include your name, address, invoice number, and the size and color you would prefer. The invoice number was issued by Google Checkout or PayPal, depending on how you paid. Using delivery confirmation will make sure that it arrives. Using certified mail will only delay receipt of your order. The exchange will be processed in 1-2 weeks. Please allow another week for shipping in the US. International shipping may take 2-4 weeks.
