Can I pay you by PayPal?
Yes! You can just "send payment" directly to admin@acousticsheep.com and let us know what color, size, and extras you would like in the comments section. After payment, PayPal will send us an email to notify us of a new order, and the order will be processed in the same way as we process all orders. Be sure to include the standard shipping charge of $5.00.
PayPal will have your registered address, but if you want us to send the SleepPhones to a different address, please let us know in the comments section as well.
Can I pay by check or money order?
Yes! It will obviously be a little bit slower because we will need to receive the payment by mail before we can process your order. US dollar only please – we cannot accept international checks.

Write on a small piece of paper the size, color, any extras, and the shipping address to place your order. Be sure to include the standard shipping charge of $5.00. Mail everything to the following address:

Do you ship overseas?
Yes! We frequently ship overseas and have sent packages to every continent except Antarctica. The shipping charge is still the flat rate of $5. It may take 1-4 weeks, depending on where you live. Most of the time, you can expect to receive a package in 1-2 weeks.
Please note that you are responsible for all customs and import taxes for your country when you pick up your package. We have no control over what your government may charge.
For our customers in the UK, more information about customs and import taxes can be found here: www.HMRC.gov.uk. In summary, commercial products more than 18£ and gifts more than 36£ must pay the import tax (VAT) in the UK. For one SleepPhones System, that is about 13£.
I can’t seem to get the website working to place an order.
Occasionally Google Checkout does not work for certain people. We are not sure why this is. If this is the case, we would be glad to accept PayPal or any other method of payment as described above.
Would it be possible to place my order by telephone?
Unfortunately, we are too small and are unable to take phone orders. We use third-party credit card processing services at this time. We can take PayPal if you would prefer to use that instead of Google Checkout. We also sell on Amazon.com and can take personal checks.
Can you process my credit card?
We're a small company and do not have a credit card processing system yet.
Google charged my credit card $1.00 when I placed this order.
According to the Google Checkout Website Buyer Support...
Authorizations occur between our billing system and your bank's billing system to ensure that the card is valid and the necessary funds are available in your account before the order is charged. Because the order has been canceled, the pending authorization will not result in a charge. You may also notice a $1.00 transaction from Google, which is actually a pending authorization request between our billing system and the bank that issued your credit or debit card, so you won't end up paying the extra $1.00. When you check your bank account or credit card statement, payment authorizations are often listed as "pending." These transactions might remain in your account between 1-14 business days, depending on your card-issuing bank. Please keep in mind they are authorization requests only, not actual charges. Authorizations can remain in your account anywhere from 24 hours up to 14 business days, depending on the bank. You may contact your bank to confirm the charge for your purchase with Google or to check on the authorization status.
Do you have a location in my city that I could purchase your product?
Currently SleepPhones are in North Carolina's Sleep To Live stores with locations in Mebane, Cary, Durham, and Raleigh.
How do I figure out what size to buy?
The SleepPhones now available on the website are one size fits all. If you head and hair are very very big or extremely small, please let us know, and we may be able to accommodate your size.
I am having a huge amount of trouble trying to buy your headphones. All I can seem to manage to do is multiply how many are added to my cart. I'm up to 9 now and I only want 1.
When looking in your shopping cart, is there a checkbox on the left that is labeled remove? If so, click on it for all of the ones you want removed. Then click Update cart. That should remove everything you don't want. Then when you have what you want, click on the Google Checkout button, which is below the Update cart button. That should take you to a Google page where you can finish the checkout process. If Google Checkout is causing problems, then you can also use PayPal, check, or money order as described at the top of the page. How long does it take for an order to reach Australia (or Canada or the UK)?
Typically, orders sent overseas arrive by first class mail within 1-2 weeks, but we cannot guarantee that. This is what the USPS website says:

I have not received any of your emails regarding my recent order. When do you send the emails?
Since we use Google Checkout, you should get an email from Google immediately. When we process and ship your order (usually within 1-3 days), Google Checkout will send you another email with your order tracking information. If you have an email spam blocker, please add noreply@checkout.google.com and customerservice@sleepphones.com to your address book. Please let us know if you need us to re-send any emails.
I live in the US, and it's been more than 10 business days since my order. Can you give me an update?
Uh-oh! Most US customers will receive their orders within 7 business days. If you have received an email with a tracking number, you can check to see if it's still in transit. If you have not received any emails, you may need to look in your spam or junk mail folder for emails from us or from Google Checkout. Occasionally, payment may be declined by Google Checkout due to a typo. Google checkout may also need to match the zip code or CVV on a credit card. Google Checkout cancels an order if the required information is not in their system within 3 days. If your order was canceled, you would need to place another order. If Google Checkout does not cooperate, we can also take PayPal, check, or money order. If it's unclear what has happened to your order, we can certainly help you find out!
